How do I know what my ring size is?

You can visit a local jeweler for a professional ring sizing or purchase a ring sizer online for around $10. We recommend measuring at the end of the day when your fingers are slightly swollen for the most accurate fit.

Do you offer engraving services?

At this time, we do not offer engraving on our pieces — but it’s something we’re exploring for future releases.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. Every Vianca Ivani piece comes with a 2-year manufacturing warranty. If your jewelry experiences a manufacturing defect within this period, we will either replace the item or reimburse you 100% of the paid value depending on the situation. What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?

A signature is required for all deliveries. If no one is home, the courier will either attempt delivery again or leave the package at a nearby pickup location. You can retrieve it with a valid ID.

Are your gemstones certified?

For high-value center stones, we may provide third-party certification. Most of our demi-fine pieces, however, do not come with formal certification as they feature smaller lab-grown or natural gemstones.

Can I wear my Vianca Ivani jewelry in the shower or while swimming?

We don’t recommend wearing your demi-fine jewelry under water—this includes showering, swimming, or washing your hands. Water, especially when combined with soaps, shampoos, or chlorine, can wear down the 18k gold vermeil layer over time and cause it to fade or tarnish more quickly. To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend removing it before any exposure to water.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all pieces purchased through our website. If you're not satisfied, you can return the item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund.

What if something goes wrong after 30 days?

If your piece shows a manufacturing defect within 2 years, contact us to initiate a warranty claim. You’ll need to ship the item to us for inspection at your own cost. If the issue falls within our warranty terms, we’ll replace, or refund the item.
