Shipping policy

Delivery Time

At Vianca Ivani, we aim to deliver your jewelry within 5 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partners, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates

  • USA: Shipping is complimentary for all orders within America.

  • International: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

  • Customs Charges: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees once the shipment arrives in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Vianca Ivani does not cover any international customs, duties, or taxes.

  • Clearance Delays: Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

  • Refusal of Shipment: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, your order will be forfeited and non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Vianca Ivani is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

  2. Retain all packaging and damaged items for inspection.

Address Concerns

  • Incorrect Addresses: We attempt to validate shipping addresses at checkout. If the address is invalid and we cannot reach you, the order will be canceled and refunded.

  • Refused Deliveries: If delivery fails or is refused due to an incorrect address, Vianca Ivani is not responsible for recovering the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Contact us at support@viancaivani.com right away.

  2. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and, if needed, involve local authorities.

  3. A replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation is complete (may take up to 21 days).
