At Vianca Ivani, we design demi-fine jewelry that brings color, confidence, and culture into everyday life. Every piece is crafted with care and built to last. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy and a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects to support your purchase.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases made through our website. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

  • All original packaging (including pouch and care card) must be included

To start a return:

  1. Email support@viancaivani.com with your order number

  2. We’ll send you a Return Authorization Form (RMA)

  3. Once completed, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label

2-Year Manufacturing Warranty

Every Vianca Ivani piece is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects, not wear and tear.

Covered under warranty:

  • Loose stones due to faulty setting

  • Breakage of clasps or links from production flaws

  • Vermeil plating issues caused by defective craftsmanship

Not covered:

  • Damage from everyday wear, water, cosmetics, or cleaning agents

  • Misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs

  • General tarnish or fading from normal use

Warranty Claims After 30 Days

If a manufacturing defect occurs after the 30-day return window:

  1. Contact us at support@viancaivani.com with:

    • Your order number and proof of purchase

    • Clear photos or videos of the issue

    • A short description of the problem

  2. Ship the item back to us at your expense for inspection.

    • We’ll provide shipping instructions once your claim is reviewed.

    • Make sure the item is securely packaged.

  3. Inspection & Resolution

    • Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to confirm whether the issue qualifies under the warranty.

    • If approved, we will either:

      • Replace it with the same item

      • Issue a full refund if the item is no longer available

    • If the issue is not covered, we’ll notify you and can ship the item back at your cost.

Refund Timeline

Refunds for eligible returns or approved warranty claims are issued within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Replacements

Replacement items are shipped within 4 weeks, depending on availability.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@viancaivani.com. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in progress.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of damage or defects.
