2-Year Manufacturing Warranty

Vianca Ivani (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty to the original purchaser of any jewelry piece ("Product") purchased through our official store. This warranty ensures your jewelry is protected against manufacturing defects, giving you peace of mind while you shine.

What’s Covered

Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use. These may include:

  • Loose or missing stones due to faulty settings

  • Breakage of clasps or links

  • Plating issues caused by craftsmanship defects

What’s Not Covered

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect

  • Scratches, fading, tarnishing, or general wear and tear

  • Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, or abrasive surfaces

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Loss or theft

Claim Process

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact Us at support@viancaivani.com with:

    • Your proof of purchase

    • Clear photos or videos of the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

  2. Ship the Item to Us

    • Once your claim is received, we will ask you to ship the item back to us at your expense.

    • Please ensure the item is securely packaged and includes all original packaging if possible.

  3. Inspection & Resolution

    • After receiving your item, our team will inspect it to verify whether the issue is covered under our warranty.

    • If we determine that the defect qualifies, we will issue a replacement.

    • If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  4. Within 30 Days of Purchase

    • If the defect is reported within the first 30 days of delivery, you may choose a full refund, or replacement, in accordance with our Return Policy.

Important Notes

  • This warranty is valid for 2 years from the delivery date.

  • It applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • We reserve the right to determine if the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Vianca Ivani reserves the right to modify the terms of this warranty at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
